RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At S & L, we strive to have 100% customer satisfaction. On all custom orders, there will be no returns or exchanges. We want you to feel comfortable ordering from S & L and we strongly suggest that you send us as many emails on your custom orders as you would like to make sure it is exactly the item that you are getting. Rhinestones, names, specific color patterns, and any other items requested or suggested for a specific shirt will be considered custom orders.
All Other Orders
All other items that are sold as is on the website, will be able to be exchanged or return for IN STORE CREDIT as long as the item has been post marked 4 days from when you originally received the item. The item must not have been washed, worn, tags removed and be placed back in the original packaging and shipped back to S & L in the exact condition it was received. You will be responsible all shipping charges to get it back to S & L and for the return shipping of the replacement item. We strongly suggest that you use the USPS or UPS services and get a tracking number. S & L WILL NOT be responsible for packages until they are received at our facility. Items that are lost in the postal or shipping system are your responsibility.
